This Privacy Policy describes how Color Pour (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application (“App”).

Color Pour does not require account creation or login. We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details.

Automatically Collected Information

Local Data Storage

All game progress, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device. This includes:

• Completed levels and star ratings
• Best completion times
• In-app purchase history
• Theme and sound preferences
• Daily challenge streaks

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back up your device through iOS.

Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of purchases to unlock content but do not have access to your payment details.

Analytics

We do not currently collect analytics data. Your gameplay activity stays on your device.

Advertising

Color Pour may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks. These networks may collect:

• Device identifiers (IDFA, with your permission)
• General location (country/region)
• App usage patterns

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device's privacy settings.

How We Use Information

We use the information stored on your device to:

Data Retention

All data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data. If you have iCloud backup enabled, your data may be included in device backups according to Apple's policies.

Children's Privacy

Color Pour is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require any personal information to play.

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data: View your progress in the app
• Delete your data: Uninstall the app or use the “Reset Progress” feature in Settings
• Control advertising: Adjust “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS Settings

In-App Purchases

Color Pour offers optional in-app purchases including:

• Virtual currency (gems, coins)
• Consumable items (hints, energy)
• Non-consumable items (ad removal, themes)
• Subscriptions (VIP membership)

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. For refunds, contact Apple Support.

Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information stored on your device. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and updating the “Last Updated” date.
